Marcy Anderson, our Principal Technical Advisor, has over 23 years of Industrial Construction and Maintenance experience. As the Director of Training Solutions with a previous employer, she assisted in the development and implementation of web-based training programs for the construction industry. She is the 2001 Past-Chairperson of the NCCER’s National Craft Assessment and Certification Council, the governing body for the development and implementation of the nationally recognized Skills Assessment and Certification program currently used by major industrial contractors and petrochemical/pipeline companies across the United States. During her 9 years as Manager of Workforce Development, she designed and implemented an internal skills assessment and training program that was awarded the Training Excellence Award by the Associated General Contractors of America in 2000. Ms. Anderson is a Master Trainer, a Certified Craft Instructor, and a Lominger Leadership Architect trainer. Other honors include guest speaking engagements at the Association of General Contractors Annual Meetings, the National Petroleum Refiner’s Association Maintenance Conference and the Merit Contractors of Canada National Convention to name a few. Prior industry experience includes project estimating, cost/project controls, scheduling, project supervision, project management and employee placement/deployment/retention. She is also a pioneer member of the Dawson and Dawson Consultants Network.
